Tamara is a dedicated senior Respiratory Physiotherapist and founder of Beyond Breathing Physiotherapy. Tamara has over 10 years of experience in adult cardiopulmonary physiotherapy and has worked with a wide range of respiratory conditions, tailoring treatment plans to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. She currently co-leads the state-wide adult Cystic Fibrosis Physiotherapy service in Perth, Western Australia at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. Tamara has a strong passion for empowering people to improve their quality of life through personalised care, evidence-based techniques and compassionate support. She has expert skills in airway clearance having been trained by accredited airway clearance instructors. Tamara is a trained Bradcliffe Breathing practitioner and holds professional memberships with the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand and the European Cystic Fibrosis Society.
